Quotations

All quotations provided by JFAB Metals:

  • Are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • May be subject to change if project specifications change.

  • Are based on information supplied at the time of quoting.

  • May exclude additional work not specifically listed in the quotation.

Acceptance of a quotation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Payments

Payment terms will be specified on quotations and invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Deposits may be required before work commences.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of work.

  • Outstanding invoices may incur recovery costs and interest where permitted by law.

JFAB Metals reserves the right to withhold delivery or completion of work until payment has been received.

Project Changes

Any variation, modification, or additional work requested after a quotation has been accepted may result in additional charges.

All variations should be approved prior to commencement.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information regarding project requirements.

  • Ensuring safe and reasonable access to work areas.

  • Obtaining any approvals, permits, or permissions required unless otherwise agreed.

JFAB Metals will not be responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or restricted site access.

Lead Times & Delays

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith.

JFAB Metals will not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Material shortages

  • Supplier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Site access restrictions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Warranty

JFAB Metals warrants that workmanship will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Improper installation by third parties

  • Modifications made by others

  • Damage caused by accidents or environmental conditions

Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after discovery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

JFAB Metals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our services or website.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services supplied.
